Sajla Abdul Razack

Sajla Abdul Razack is a recent graduate of the MSc program in Public Policy and Security from Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of London. Hailing from India, Sajla Abdul Razack has garnered practical experience as a policy research fellow in New Delhi, focusing on foreign policy analysis concerning India and its neighboring states. During her postgraduate studies, she enhanced her academic journey with an exchange semester at Corvinus University of Budapest, where she explored the geopolitical challenges facing the European Union and the Middle East from a security perspective. 

Sajla Abdul Razack’s research interests revolve around the South Asian region, encompassing various dimensions such as geopolitics, security, diplomacy, and political interactions. At the European Institute for Asian Studies her research will focus on the EU’s relations with South and Southeast Asia. She specifically aims to explore issues pertaining to elections, foreign affairs, and ongoing developments in the region.
