Matt Bonini

Matt Bonini obtained his undergraduate degree from Durham University in 2021, where he majored in Chinese Studies. Whilst there, he researched the early development of Sino-Russian relations, as well as the histories of China, Korea, and Japan. As a part of the bachelors program, he spent a semester studying at Peking University where he studied Chinese, as well as deepened his understanding of the Chinese culture.

During his time at EIAS, Matt aims to further expand his knowledge of EU-China and EU-Central Asian relations, with a focus on investments between the regions.
