Frédéric Carlier has been a Senior Associate at the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS) since 2010. He has extensive experience in international business, export development and Asian markets, having served as Director of Asian Operations at Petrofina in Brussels and Hong Kong, Export Sales Manager at Novadim, and General Manager of the Columbus Paradigm Institute.
He studied commercial management, distribution and marketing at the Institut des Carrières Commerciales in Brussels. A highly experienced linguist, he speaks French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish and several Scandinavian languages, with additional knowledge of Chinese, Hindi and Russian.
