Carmen Leong is an undergraduate in the NUS-Sciences Po Dual Degree Program. Born and raised in Singapore, she has lived across China, France and now Belgium for her studies, and has since cultivated a deep interest in EU-ASEAN and EU-China relations. During her time at EIAS, she hopes to deepen her knowledge specifically in the areas of climate cooperation and digital governance. She has previously assisted in a Chinese-language research project under CERI Sciences Po on Chinese princelings, and also undertaken coursework on Singaporean and Thai state narratives. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and is currently learning French and Thai.
