As the EVFTA has entered its forth year of effect with the preferential tariff and market access schedule, Viet Nam and the EU have got further competitive advantages in trade & investment cooperation. Aimed at supporting businesses of both sides to develop a sustainable and diversified supply chain amid economic volatility, utilizing benefits from the EVFTA, the Viet Nam – EU Trade Forum was organised by Viet Nam’s Ministry of Industry & Trade, coordinated with the EU Delegation to Viet Nam and EuroCham.

The Viet Nam – EU Trade Forum has been held annually since 2018, creating a practical and multi-dimensional discussion channel among government agencies, experts and business community on market and regulatory updates, as well as prospects and measures to promote cooperation in the fields of mutual interests. Forum 2023 will focus on analyzing sustainability factors in Viet Nam – EU economic relationship, addressing challenges and opportunities, thereby proposing timely business warnings and recommendations.
