Dear EIAS friends,

The EIAS team is proud to present its November 2021 newsletter, in which you can find the invitations and registration pages for our two upcoming in-person events to which we hope to welcome you. The first event is a book launch on Wolfgang Pape‘s book “Opening to Omnilateralism” on Tuesday, 30 November from 16:00 PM to 18:00 PM CET. Following from this, EIAS is hosting an in-person conference on “30 Years of Kazakhstan Independence and Prospects for Future EU-Kazakhstan Cooperation” which will take place on Tuesday, 7 December from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CET. 

We also present you our latest EIAS Policy Briefs “Uncertainty Looming Over EU Investments in Myanmar Amid Political Crisis” and “Venturing to the North: The Chinese Quest for Arctic Legitimacy“. As well as this, check out the EIAS NEWS section and the upcoming Indialogue Festival. Last but not least, you can find the reports and recordings of our EIAS Webinars on “The Myanmar Crisis: What about the Economy” and “Kazakhstan’s International Human Rights Commitments in the Light of Political and Institution Reforms” which took place on 3 November and 29 October respectively.
