Natalia Kearney Fang recently completed a dual Master’s degree in International Affairs between Peking University and the London School of Economics and Political Science, writing her dissertations on “The European Union’s Normative Power and China: Balancing Human Rights and Economic Interests in EU Foreign Policy” and “Capitalising on Fears: How the Spanish NATO Referendum defied expectations.” She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Asian Area Studies from the University of British Columbia, having also spent a term at Fudan University.
Her main research focus is North-East Asia and EU-China relations, with an emphasis on foreign policy, security, and geopolitics.
