Loïc Vanleeuw

Loïc Vanleeuw is a recent graduate in International Relations, Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. He holds a Bachelor degree in Social and Military Sciences from the Royal Military Academy of Belgium.  He has experience in the field of influence operations and wrote a global study on foreign influence operations in Belgium in the context of the 2024 elections, as part of an internship with the Belgian Cyber Command.

Loïc Vanleeuw specialises in the study of India and its near neighbourhood with a particular focus on foreign, security and defence policy and the Indo-Pacific, on which he envisages to pursue a PhD.
