Federico Stangherlin is a young researcher who graduated from the European Studies program at KU Leuven. Previously, he earned his double Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policies from the University of Turin and the University of Rennes, during which he attended the Torino-China Summer School, producing an essay on the internationalisation of the RMB. He has also been engaged in policy research on labour forces in the healthcare sector at the Catholic University of Lille.
His research interests focus on the political economy of China, and more specifically on trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) between the European Union and China.
