Eirini Boulia

Eirini Boulia is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Peloponnese in Greece. During her studies she has published research regarding a variety of East Asian affairs on student research platforms, including on topics such as security challenges, cooperation in the the East Asian region and on internal political unrest. Her knowledge of both the Japanese and Korean language has led her to follow developments in the region with great interest and to conduct research on subjects concerning the two respective countries.

Her research is primarily focused on EU-Asia relations, peace and conflict in Northeast Asia, security studies and foreign policy. As a Junior Researcher at EIAS, she will conduct research on East Asian politics and security.
