Adrian Glaz

Adrian Glaz is a Master‘s degree student in International Relations and Development Policy at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political science at the same university. For his Erasmus semester abroad he studied at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. His main interests include East Asia, with a specific focus on Japan’s foreign policy and Russia. Furthermore, he has worked on development policy, gaining experience on the political side in the German parliament and on the scientific side through working with various development institutes like the German Institute for Development Evaluation. At EIAS his research focuses on Japan, its foreign policy and relations with the EU.
